Orders are received within 1-4 working days.In case your order cannot be executed for reasons of force majeure (bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to let us know if you wish to wait for the shipment or cancel it (if the order is already paid, the purchase amount will be refunded in full). It should be noted that in geographical areas more than 15 km from cities where there is a headquarters of the partner courier and in some remote islands, there may be an additional delay in delivery (due to inaccessibility). All our orders are shipped in cooperation with ELTA Courier.
Please be aware that the delivery time for bulky items cannot under any circumstances exceed 15 calendar days. However, the maximum limit set by the legislation on e-commerce and distance selling is 30 calendar days.

- The order cannot change delivery address once it is delivered to the courier by our company.

Inability to enter an order
In some cases the order entry may not be able to be completed. This may occur for the following reasons:
- Simultaneous order entry on a particular product resulting in insufficient stock to cover all orders.
- inability to complete the page update (although it is carried out regularly) or execution of the update procedure when placing an order on a product that is already reserved.
- in the case of a registered order where the user's details are incorrect (contact telephone number, email, etc.) and any communication is impossible
In any case, even for codes in shortage (sold out), there is a relevant notification from our Service Department on the day of order entry or the very next day.
Your order may be delayed if the following reasons arise:
- in cases where the product you ordered is not available. This may occur in the case of bulk orders in a specific code, where our online store has not had time to be informed. In the meantime, you will be informed immediately by phone, where you can even cancel your order (in case the order is already paid, the purchase amount will be refunded in full).
- In cases of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure that may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
- in case of a registered order where the user's details are incorrect (contact phone number, email, etc.) and any communication is impossible.
In cases where there is a defect or damage through our fault, we take full responsibility of replacement - return, replacing the defective product or refunding the full amount of the purchase.
