Products that are NOT returned for hygiene reasons
Changes and Returns of other products
You have the right to return the products you have purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. The products are sent via the courier company that sent you your order (ELTA Courier), with a charge to the recipient. In case of shipping with a different courier company, the costs are borne by the sender.
Returns are accepted if and only if:
1. The product has not been worn / used, beyond the test.
2. The manufacturer's label (if any) and the product's label has not been removed or damaged.
3. The product is accompanied by all accessories, such as the box, bag or gift box and proof of purchase.
4. The product is accompanied by the "Return Form" form, which is inside the parcel (along with the proof of purchase) and fully informs you about the return procedure.
5. The product is accompanied by the gift (if any).
6. Return of products that are considered defective and are in their original condition, with their original packaging and the original markings on the products are reshipped free of charge (there is no charge of 4€). In any case where a defect is detected, the recipient/customer has the possibility to contact the online store by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at 2310904308. If a product is declared as defective by the recipient / customer, we expressly reserve the right to diagnose the product as defective after inspection by our competent employees.
7. Please ensure that the packaging of the shipment is secure so as to avoid any damage in transit. Returns with damaged original packaging due to customer/shipper negligence or adhesive tape on the box or and pen/marker notes will not be accepted!
When shipping your new products after the change you will be charged 4€, regardless of the difference resulting from the changes.
Product Returns (Refund)
If you wish to receive a refund, please note the following on the Return Form (included in each parcel):
1. your account number (IBAN)
2. your bank
3. the name of the beneficiary
4. your order number. The amount will be refunded to your account within fifteen (15) calendar days from the day you receive the parcel back at our store. In the case of electronic payments, the amount will be returned to your card according to the aforementioned procedure. For any refund, except for defective products, you will be charged a shipping fee of 4€ (deducted from the total amount of the refund).
Please be advised that SPORT4U is not responsible in case of loss or damage of the product during the return/shipping process. Our online store has a mechanism to cancel an order (total or partial) that has already been registered. For any cancellation of an order (total or partial) you should send an e-mail to email@example.com.
The above conditions apply to purchases made through our online store and in no way apply to the physical SPORT4U store.
